| As a corporation held by Dalian institute of chemical physics, Shengmai is engaged in industrialization of scientific achievements. Shengmai has been responsible and made some contribution for the product management of ethylene deoxidizer which invented by Dalian institute of chemical physics, but Shengmai has also faced some problems in this process. This paper analyzes the problems with management theories and knowledges, then summarizes the lessons and proposes some countermeasures for solving these problems, finally promoting the better operation of ethylene deoxidize of Shengmai corporation.Based on intellectual property protection theory, technology innovation theory, and technical service theory, this paper deeply analyzes the product management process of ethylene deoxidizer, and finds out the problems existing in this process. Then the paper specifically studies on the reasons which cause the poor protection of product patent, insufficient of product incremental innovation, and decline of customer satisfaction about technical service with theories of technical innovation, intellectual property protection, and technical service, respectively. Finally, the paper gives some corresponding countermeasures for solving these problems based on the analysis above.By deeply analyzing the problems existing in the product management process of ethylene deoxidizer, this thesis has drawn several conclusions:Shengmai should improve intellectual property protection work, specific measures include:improving recognition of the importance of intellectual property protection, setting up science and technology management position, building patent group, and protecting intellectual property by law. Shengmai should strengthen the product incremental innovation, specific measures include:establishing a customer-oriented product innovation mechanism, increasing investment and incentive in research, establishing an effective system for communication, and performing active product incremental innovation. Shengmai should improve technical service level, specific measures include:integration of technical services and marketing, providing active technical service, and establishing an effective training and incentive system for technical service personnel. |
