By putting different content of tungsten concentrate powder and WC powder into ferrochrome powder which use laser cladding to make the fabrication of composite coating. It uses metallographic microscope, X-ray instrument, hardness tester and electro chemical workstation experimental apparatus to analyse the composite coating microstructure, phase composition, hardness, corrosion resistance and so on. Mainly study the different tungsten concentrate powder and WC powder mass fraction on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cladding coating with the influence of the change rule.The experimental results show that:the thickness of the caldding coating is 0.8mm. After adding tungsten concentrate power, the thickness of the cladding coating is 0.95mm. Without adding tungsten concentrate powder, the phase are ?-Fe, Cr7C3, CrFe, (CrFe)7C3. After adding tungsten concentrate power, the phase are (CrFe)7C3, Fe2W, Fe7W6, FeW3C6, WO3. When the mass fraction of tungsten concentrate powder changes between 0% and 4%, there is a maximum hardness value, a minimum wear rate and corrosion current density of the coating at 1.5%. At the same time, the highest microhardness values is 1364.875HV. The smallest abrasive resistance rate is 9.3mg·mm-2. The smallest current density is 144.4?A·cm-2.After adding WC power, the thickness of the cladding coating is 1.Omm. After adding WC power, the phase are (CrFe)7C3, W2C, WO3, FeW3C6, Fe4 W2C. The mass fraction of WC powder changes between 0% and 2%. When the mass fraction of WC powder is 2%, the microhardness value is maximum which is 974.238HV. At the same time, the corrosion current density of the coating is minimum. The smallest current density is 134.2?A·cm-2. When the mass fraction of WC powder is 0.5%, the wear rate of the coating is minimum. The smallest abrasive resistance rate is 5.89mg·mm-2.
