In order to solve the problem of the current labor lacking in tobacco area in China, less loading amount with bulk-curing barn, aroma lacking of tobacco and the poor quality of flue-cured tobacco by immature of loose-leaf curing process, taking the flue-cured tobacco regions of Guizhou province, studied dehydrating regulation of tobacco and comparing curing effect and benefit with network loose-leaf bulk during the curing process. The results showed that:1.Upper, middle and lower part of leaves during curing process of each layer of tobacco water loss rate showed Logistic curve variation regulation,the water loss of lower leaves was more than that of the middle leaves, while the water loss of middle leaves was more than that of the upper leaves obviously before drying stage,and the average dehydrating rate of the full barn was close to that of the middle leaves. Different levels of each part leaves' dehydrating rate increased first and then decreased which showed “?”variation regulation resemble of normal distribution.2. From the lower to the upper apparent peak at 60-80 h, and the average dehydrating speed of the full barn was close to that of the middle leaves. The morphological changes is closely related to water loss rate of each layer tobacco in curing process, and the number of leaf water contents will be reflected in appearance.3. In yellowing stage, the difference between wet and dry bulb temperature is not too large, 1 to 2 DEG C is enough in early; the middle of yellowing keep about 2 DEG; the later yellowing stage may be appropriate to expand to 6 to 8 DEG C. Color fixing stage should increase the humidity; In the stage of Stem drying, dry bulb will gradually rise to 70 DEG C when the leaf all dry, and the wet bulb gradually increased to 39 to 40 DEG C. The study and improve the net type the curing process, and provides a theoretical basis for the scientific development of the net type loose leaf baking process specification.4. Net type loose leaf baking has obvious decline in employment, coal consumption, power consumption and barn construction cost etc., the total cost of curing than HPBC(hang pole bulk curing) save 87 Yuan/picul of dry leaves. In the aspect of flue-cured tobacco quality, the aroma index A of the network loose leaf curing value of 0.41 than HPBC 0.25 increased by 65.3%, which is helpful to improve the degree of penetration and alcohol and after curing; and the aroma index B of the network loose leaf curing value of 0.63, HPBC is 0.54, 16.7% increasing is benefit to raise the symphony of aroma and taste. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of the curing network type.
