With the development of global industrialization, the world's natural environment is gradually being transformed by human-beings. China is also accelerating the development of modern industry in the wave of globalization. Many kinds of social public disasters occurred due to excess resources exploitation and various types of pollutant and waste pouring into the environment. For the purpose of improving and solving the current global environmental problems, a number of relevant research have already been carrying out both at home and abroad and have achieved positive outcomes. Among them, the urban ecological environment geochemistry take city as the research object, studying the evolution of the material and their impact on the environment under certain conditions through farm systems, urban systems and various kinds of endemic which effect the urban geochemical environment. And then make countermeasures for urban planning, construction and management after grasping the regulation mechanism. The paper take Xiamen as the research object and work on further investigation and evaluation of urban eco-geochemical study of Xiamen based on Environmental geochemical survey and evaluation of Xiamen- Zhangzhou Economic Zone, Regional ecological geochemical assessment of Xiamen- Zhangzhou in Fujian Province and Eco-geochemical investigation in Fujian multi-target coastal economic zone. Through the acquisition of Xiamen field surface soil samples, analysis and test the complete content of 24 elements including pH, organic matter, SiO2, Hg, Cd, etc. and available contents of 21 elements including Hg, Cd, Pb, As etc. for analyzing and evaluating the enrichment condition of soil elements in Xiamen. Select 30 soil samples to test the heavy elements' phase of Hg, Cd, Pb, and test the complete content of the 21 elements including Hg, Cd, Pb, As, etc. from agricultural products and human hair samples. Then divide and evaluate the heavy metal polluted areas, and research the relationship between the content of soil elements and agricultural production, urban ecology and human health. The study clarifies the geochemical environment status of the whole ecological system objectively and systematically. It delineates specific element enrichment anomaly areas and clarifies the relationship between the different element anomaly areas and human body, urban ecology, agriculture. For beneficial element anomaly areas, the study provides a scientific and rational development and utilization program. For unbeneficial element anomaly areas, it provides circumvent measures and countermeasures appropriately. At the same time water and soil pollution should be surveyed to provide appropriate controlling measures. For conclusion, the paper provides basic geochemical data and scientific basis for decision making for the urban ecological environmental Regulation and sustainable development in Xiamen city, and lays a solid foundation for further urban ecological research in the future.
