The sewage treatment plant of an industrial park in Jiangxi Province has a sewage treatment scale of 10,000 tons/day.The sewage treatment plant mainly undertakes the main production water and domestic waste-water in the industrial park.The treatment process adopted by the sewage treatment plant is the secondary biochemical treatment of hydrolysis acidification + improved oxidation ditch.With the continuous development of industrial parks,the scale of enterprises in the park has been continuously expanded,the composition of sewage has become increasingly complex,the water quality of influenced water has changed greatly and often exceeds the standard,and the operation status of sewage treatment plants has not achieved the expected results.At the same time,due to the continuous improvement of the effluent requirements of the sewage treatment plant,it is difficult for the current effluent quality indicators of the sewage treatment plant to reach the Class B standard of the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB18918-2002).In order to ensure the stable development of the industrial park,the sewage treatment of the park must completely change the defector end control strategy of the industrial park,require management system innovation,and adopt more comprehensive countermeasures to ensure effective reduction of pollutant discharge load in the industrial park.The purpose of this paper is to study the causes and countermeasures for the failure of the industrial waste-water treatment plant to meet the standard.In combination with the current problems in the operation of the industrial park,it is necessary to start from two aspects: 1.The construction of the sewage pipeline network of the park and the effective management of sewage discharge;Process adjustment and technical transformation of industrial sewage treatment plants;in order to ensure the stable discharge of industrial park sewage treatment plants.
