With the rapid development of China economy, the energy consumption is growing. And the energy consumption structure with the developed countries, China’s energy consumption in industrial projects, about 60% of the total energy consumption. China is one of the highest industrial energy consumption per unit of output. The energy consumption of energy intensive industries account for nearly 80% of energy consumption of all China’s industrial. Metal smelting industry, chemical industry, coal, natural gas, oil and other energy industry belongs to high energy consumption industries, and the energy intensive industries of industrial added value accounted for only 45% of the total. The reasons of high energy consumption industry are widespread in the waste by-product heat pressure, Industrial production technology and equipment backward, energy conversion and use of backward technology and lack of industrial energy conservation management. Thus optimize the mode of industrial energy consumption in our country, it is particularly important to increase industrial energy efficiency.This paper takes a chemical fiber production enterprise in Suzhou as the research object, after analyzing the energy utilization of the existing energy saving potential analysis, formulate the corresponding energy saving technology retrofit scheme. After completion of the plan to implement the energy saving effect and economic benefit analysis, and according to the specific energy-saving effect calculated enterprise of energy utilization in the future. In order to implement the organic heat carrier boiler flue gas waste heat recycling, the optimization of transmission line, the compressed air system is workshop air conditioning and the electric power demand side management and energy management system after the project is remarkable energy saving effect. By the calculation, the project can for enterprises to save raw coal 3271 tons a year; Steam saving 8788 tons; the electricity saving in 1.116 billion kwh. According to the equivalent heat value calculation, 7226.74 tons of standard coal, according to the equivalent heat value calculation, 4535.87 tons of standard coal, with all sorts of energy at present average unit price calculation, total net saving energy consumption cost is 17.14 million RMB. This enterprise the comprehensive energy consumption dropped by 7.46% for the whole year(equivalent), the cost of energy consumption by 9.57%; A 6.5% drop in energy costs; Energy costs accounted for the proportion of total production costs fell by 0.53%. Are presented in this paper a temporary did not get the implementation of energy-saving technological transformation of advice, these solutions are still hidden in large energy saving potential, and enterprises in energy-saving management also obtained the optimization and improvement, it will be deeper mining enterprises to improve energy utilization efficiency.
