With the development of industrialization, environment problems especially acid rain and sulfur dioxide pollution has been a serious threat to human survival environment, restricted the sustainable development of national economy, and harm people’s life and health.China’s coal reserves rank first in the world, coal is the most important resources in our country in recent stage and quite a long period of time, but coal will produce particles and sulfur dioxide pollution in the process of using. In recent years, The emission load of SO2in our country is first in the world, which most contributed by industrial coal boiler.Hence, the controlling of boiler coal emissions of sulfur dioxide and pollutant has become one of the most important measures in China for controlling the atmospheric pollution, preventing SO2problem and acid rain.In view of coal fired boiler distribution and quantity, it is difficult to centralized management characteristics in our country. The paper based on the actual boiler flue gas dust desulfurization treatment project as the research object, by comparing the different kinds of dust removal and desulfurization methods in our country on small and medium-sized coal fired boiler. The paper puts forward a feasible scheme,combined the enterprise actual situation, to explore the enterprise own sulfur removal technology in order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emissions reduction, reduce the investment and operation cost, and then analyse actual operation results.The enterprise,after the implementation of the scheme put forward comprehensive prevention、control measures and management project, can realize desulfurization efficiency more than80%. After the operation debugging,it can achieve relevant national emission standard and also can reduce sulfur dioxide emissions by aboutl2.8kg/t coal,252t/a.It have a very good significance for acid rain controlling、 sulfur dioxide controlling and improvementing the local air pollution.
