Jingxi Natural Gas Pipeline Compressor Station Operation Technology Research

As one kind of the important energy in our country,natural gas plays a significant role in both national economy and people's daily life.In recent years,the construction of world's wide long-distance gas pipelines reach a peak and thousands of long-distance gas pipelines appears in our country.The mainstream of terrestrial natural gas transport is long-distance gas pipelines,compressor station is the core equipment of the pipeline system which powered powered device and occupy the a lot of money in the investion of natural gas pipeline construction.In this study,we are working on JingXi long-distance gas pipelines,carries out rerearch in piston type compressor parallel characteristic by hydraulic calculation and the fluid mechanics analysis and the basic equation.First of all,through the collection of JingXi long-distance gas pipelines a second-tier various actual operation flow by compressor station working parameters,the use of software for data processing and error analysis are analyzed under the actual operation flow and the regression relationship between the friction resistance;Secondly,through the JingXi long-distance gas pipelines and the characteristics of compressor station equation calculation,mastered the flow rate and pressure difference between the equation of state;Finally,find the onfiguration of each compressor station under diffenent pressures and flow by the Joint working characteristic equation between JingXi long-distance gas pipelines and compressor stations.In this case,with the collection,calculation and analysis of JingXi long-distance gas pipelines system,we get an important conclusion,that can provide useful information to the building of the ingXi long-distance gas pipelines third,while ensuring the operation of the compressor unit configured appropriately,to ensure tsmoothly gas transmission of JingXi long-distance gas pipelines and operat in economic and reasonable condition.
