The Chemical Equipment Condition-based Maintenance Strategy Subjected To Reliability And Cost Constraints

IF we don't use the equipment in the right way,they will be broken down,leading to some loss of the functionality,and affecting the normal sequence of production.The users will focus on the reliability of equipment which was put into operations.They have close relationship between the reliability of equipment and the cost of repairs.To control the total cost is the purpose of the company.This paper presented reliability theory.To make the decision of equipment repair program accord to the basis of the characteristic of failure,the important level of equipment,the maintenance of equipment,and the stage of equipment when we used.Depending on the maintenance decision took a different preparation methods estimate of repairs costs.We analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of common methods for reliability and cost constraints based on inspection and maintenance,studied the stochastic simulation method in the actual situation of the company,also counted the failure rate of ammonia department.To find out the shortcomings which affect the reliability of the device.We propose the maintenance program which is good for PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Petrochemical Company by keep improving the study of dates.Achieved a balance maintenance costs and reliability of the device.Practical applications have achieved good results,also achieved technical and financial management goal.
