Research And Application On Reliability Maintenance Strategy Of Coal Equipment

Under the background of the overcapacity of coal and a longer update cycle of coal equipment,how to choose the scientific and reasonable maintenance strategy to reduce its maintenance costs,improve the efficiency of maintenance have become the key problem to coal enterprises.The RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance)is a kind of maintenance theory which has high efficiency to utilize maintenance resources,and is economical,reliable and safe.It is an effective way to improve the maintenance efficiency and operation stability of coal equipment.The reliability maintenance of coal equipment is studied in the paper.Firstly,the reliability maintenance theory of coal equipment is introduced in detail,which provides basis for reliability analysis and maintenance strategy research.Secondly,the modular theory is adopted to divide coal equipment and the system partition method based on structure,function,importance and life is proposed.Then based on the full life cycle data,in view of security,failure rate,economy and maintainability as influencing factors,fuzzy hierarchy theory is adopted to put forward the coalequipment selection method of key parts,and FMECA is used to analyze the reliability of key parts and important parts from the perspective of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation.Finally,based on the analysis results of the important grades and failure modes of the parts,the method of logical decision is adopted to construct the optimization model of maintenance mode.As regards PM,the CBM maintenance cycle optimization model and SM maintenance cycle optimization model are constructed to achieve the lowest maintenance cost on the premise of reliability.As for BM,the efficiency evaluation model is constructed,which is conducive to the optimization of the post-maintenance process and the maintenance emergency.The maintenance strategy of coal equipment is studied in this paper and scraper conveyor is taken as example to explain the system partition,choice of key parts,reliability analysis and optimization of maintenance strategy.It is helpful for the maintenance management department in the actual repair work.
