| This paper fermented rosa chinensis as the main raw material,designed the route of development and study about the type of liquid crystal cream cosmetics of rosa chinensis extract: determining rosa chinensis ?extraction of rosa chinensis ? refining of rosa chinensis?one kind of system and processes about cream cosmetics of rosa chinensis extract?evaluating of this kind of anti-wrinkle cosmetics.This paper is divided into five parts:1.In this part, the background of green cosmetics and anti-wrinkle cosmetics, the application of plant extracts in cosmetics were summarized.2. In order to the highest clearance of1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical( DPPH·),the effects of Honeysuckle,Rosa chinensis,Jasmine on antioxidant capacity were compared, Rosa chinensis showed strongest antioxidant capacity.The optimization of conditions for the extraction of rosa chinensis by the method was performed using orthogonal array design: material-to-liquid ratio of 1:30, extraction time 90 min, temperature 70?, ethanol concentration of 80%.Under these optimum conditions, the DPPH· clearance rate of rosa chinensis is 98.65%.3.This part fermented rosa chinensis extract as effect raw material, according to the principle of emulsification, emulsion technology and a large number of single factor experiment to choose other components and its most appropriate amount, and after a series of orthogonal experiment to optimize the type of system and process about liquid crystal cream cosmetics of rosa chinensis extract. To make the best system and the optimum technological conditions of cream fit the light industry standard QB/T 1857-2004 moisturizer creamcosmetics quality requirements,this paper formulated comprehensive performance evaluation method.4.The effectiveness of the rosa chinensis extract liquid crystal cream and some international brand anti-aging cream were evaluated by skin effect test, confirmed that the rosa chinensis extract liquid crystal cream had a strong active on anti-aging field. |
