The advantages of pipeline is low cost,save energy,high safety and stable supply,with the development of civil aviation,the rapid rise of the airport passenger throughput capacity,aircraft refueling charge is becoming more and more huge,pipeline gradually replaces oil tanker refueling which is becoming the mainstream of the aircraft refueling,as the key equipment of complete aircraft fuel injectors,takes the responsibility of the guarantee aircraft fuel injection task can be completed safe,timely and fast.According to the needs of society,the airport apron fueling pipeline network system has gradually towards complicated,large-scale development,the characteristics of pipelines are complicated network structure and dense,numerous nodes and intermittent operation and uncertain oil flow direction,which has brought great difficulties to the working condition of hydraulic analysis of pipeline system and treatment,and seriously hindered rational planning design,safety operation and management and accurate operation of the apron fueling pipeline network system.Consequently,the network simulation technology is needed to carry out the airport apron fueling pipe network planning,design,operation control,scheduling management and optimizing operation,etc.This paper,based on the domestic and abroad research,aims at the structure of the airport apron fueling pipeline and particular control of the system,calculating the hydraulic parameter and the analysing working condition.First of all,according to the basic law of the actual transaction flow and fueling pipeline network system,based on the continuity equation,momentum equation and energy equation,combined with the node pressure method to establish steady state hydraulic analysis mathematical model which applies for the universal airport apron fueling pipeline network;Secondly,based on collecting a large amount of datum,considering the characteristics of intermittent transaction network operation and the entire airport refueling process flight plane density change,airplane's random location and fueling duration have effect to status of pipeline network,considering the requirement of the pipeline network pressure,from the reduction coefficient of flow and the oil plug simultaneous working coefficient to determine the calculation flow of apron supply pipeline network which make effort to improve the hydraulic simulation precision;Then,taking Eclipse as the development platform,using the Java language system to program airport apron oil supply pipe network hydraulic calculation,and illustrate the accuracy and availability of hydraulic calculation program by real examples,the average relative deviation within 1%;Finally,using the hydraulic calculation program to make the hydraulic calculation and working condition in the airport apron fueling pipeline network which provides reliable basis for the operation of the airport oil supply system management and data supports.In this paper,the research shows that hydraulic calculation program has good effects which can be used in simulating the fueling pipeline network system and analysising work condition of fueling pipeline network.It has obvious reference and practical value to the airport apron fueling pipeline network planning and design,operation control,scheduling management and optimizing operation.
