In recent years,the development and utilization of natural gas has shown rapid growth,but due to the fact the distance between the production place and consumption place is far,a large number of long-distance pipelines are needed to be constructed to satisfy the need of task transportation.The long-distance pipeline has the characteristics of high-risk,high-investment and high-technology.The effective and reasonable?rapid determination of optimal design scheme can save a lot of manpower and financial resources in the design of pipeline.There are many design schemes for long-distance gas pipeline to meet the process requirements,but each design has great difference in economic investment.How to find the optimum process design scheme through reasonable optimization methods in many design schemes is a problem that must be confronted by the workers of pipeline designers.Firstly,considering the range of process design parameters,in the relevant design specifications and standards establish the processable process design program set.Secondly considering the economy of long-distance gas pipeline process design,in the process of the design of program set,establish the ecnonmically viable process design program set.Finally considering other influence factors of processes using AHP method to evalute the process design of long-distance gas pipeline,and then get the best process designThe main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Considering the characteristics of long-distance gas pipeline process design,based on relevant standards and design specifications,the reasonable selection range of major design parameters-pipeline material?design pressure?compressor pressure ration?pipeline diameter is determined aimed for task throughput.The process design scheme is established through design and process calculation analysis.(2)Based on the established process design scheme,economic model of long-distance gas pipeline is set up,considering construction and operation cost of gas pipeline transportation construction.Through further economic argument,the process design scheme which is feasible in process and reasonable in economy is obtained.(3)Aimed at the feasible in process and reasonable in economy process design scheme,considering the number of long-distance gas pipeline compressor stations?the pressure of first station as well as other parameters,combining the characteristics,the long-distance gas pipeline hierarchy structure is established and evaluate the process design scheme of long-distance gas pipeline to obtain the optimal process design.(4)Choosing three pipelines which have different output as verification instances,and firstly using the scheme selection method to establish the long-distance gas pipeline design scheme,then screening the reasonable design in the design scheme through economic model,and finally using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the optimization scheme,and comparing the optimization results and actual construction scheme to verify the screening method is feasible and has practical application value.
