With the advancement of technology and the improvement of people's living standards,traditional wet lubrication process due to the serious harm to human health and environmental quanlity and constantly being called into question.In this context,some green cutting technol ogies appications.The low temperature cold air micro-lubrication is a type of green cutting technology.The materials used in this study are Nickel-based Super alloy GH4169,it has good thermal stability,high temperature strength and resistance to thermal fatigue,can work under high temperature and oxidation or gas,are widely used in various fields,especially in aviation,aviation field,shipbuilding,and other departments.Also because of its special mechanical prop erties,making it of poor machinability,cutting must be used in a lot of cooling and lubrication of the cutting fluid.So in view of this difficult material to explore a more efficient,environme ntally friendly process is positive.This study analyzes the cutting performance of Nickel based Super-alloy GH4169,and dry cutting of currently used technology,cutting technology of micro-lubrication and cooling cutting technology is studied,identified micro-lubricating cutting combined with low temperat ure cold air cutting methods.Experimental research methods,multivariate orthogonal set of test parameters,for a Nickel based Super-alloy GH4169 this kind of difficult to machine materials in dry cutting,traditional wet machining micro-lubrication and cooling experiment,respectively.Through measurement turning of cutting force,analysis different lubrication way,and back eat knife volume,and cutting speed and feed on cutting force of effect,and through infrared temperature instrument measured different lubrication way of cutting temperature and simulation of temperature field for than on analysis,to reveals different lubrication way and cutting dosage on cutting force cutting temperature of effect,for low temperature cold micro-lubrication cutting technology of application provides has some theory and the experiment data.
