In recent years,high temperature alloy is used widely in modern industry because of its excellent performance.Incolnel718 is used most widely in the high temperature alloy which is equivalent to GH4169 of our country.However,nickel-based superalloy has poor processability,low machining efficiency,in order to meet the needs of modern industry,it is imperative to improve the cutting processability,machining efficiency.This paper is based on the solid carbide end mill milling nickel-based superalloy GH4169 as the research content,and design the structure of solid carbide end mill which can effectively increase the milling efficiency of nickel-based superalloy from the perspective of improving machining efficiency.First,aimed at the processing characteristics of nickel-based superalloy,analyzed what performance the cutting tool material should have when milling this kind of workpiece material.At the same time,introduced the shape of cutting edge,the definition of geometry Angle and the selection principle.Second,in view of the key parts of the solid carbide end mill and based on the space envelope theory,the theoretical basis of differential geometry,spatial analytic geometry,according to the overall vertical milling cutter and the relative motion relation between grinding wheel,establish any spatial location groove grinding mathematical model.Verified the crumbs slot the correctness of the mathematical model of grinding with the help of MATLAB,which provides a basis for grinding chip groove in actual machining process.Using Deform-3D software established simulation model of milling which is similar to the actual machining process.On this basis,regarded the cutting force,cutting temperature as the evaluation index,analyzed the influence law of the tool geometric parameters on cutting force,cutting temperature.Optimized the structure of vertical milling cutter for milling nickel-based superalloy.Based on the structure,discussed the cutting dosage of milling which can make high efficiency come ture.
