Nc machine tools in today’s machinery processing industry occupies a very important position, it can achieve a variety of mechanical products processing and production. Based equipment, numerical control machine tool. the key to manufacturing industry.is the carrier of advanced manufacturing technology, occupies very large proportion in social production, so the rapid response design is applied to the field of nc machine tools design has very important theoretical significance and practical application value. Paper’s main work includes:This article first through to the machine tool structure, composition and processing performance of the global analysis, screening for machine tool structure is most affected by various parameters, and then analyze various influence factors of machine tool design stage, building a hierarchy model, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to calculate weight machine tool structure and main parts parameters. Against some special properties of the machine tool can be computational methods, according to the fixed parameters by approaching algorithm is improved, and with the continuous variability of the parameters within a certain range by double integral form of similarity calculation, building efficient system process.Knowledge base system adopts the object-oriented knowledge representation method, mainly includes the instance of the representation, storage, data management, and the corresponding retrieval algorithms and rules. Using SQL Server2008 build and use the Matlab’s powerful function to write and call function to realize the database management. Instance library uses the hierarchical construction, machine tool database by machine number index entry knowledge to create a data table, the parameters of the parts, the main management is the knowledge and the instance of the query, add, modify, and delete.Based on SolidWorks 3D parametric feature modeling, using the parameter driving mode, use SolidWorks as a development platform, the secondary development technology and the combination of case-based reasoning technology, using the parameters of the components to drive the model to achieve the rapid design machine parts.Using the existing machine tool design instance to construct the knowledge base, knowledge and success for instance reasoning machine and its spare parts SolidWorks modeling and secondary development to simulate human designers thinking, avoid duplication of effort, also can undertake rapid design, greatly improve the intelligent level of machine tool design.
