The blast furnace blower due to air humidity of volatility, it will influence of blast furnace operation and smooth running. Use the technology of blast furnace Blower Dehumidifying,can stabilize air water content and ensure the continuity and stabilization in the process and achieve the effect of saving energy production and create the conditions to improve coal rate. In view of the existing computer control system equipment deterioration evident, production accident happened to grow, maintenance costs increase, so it is necessary to take the distributed control system upgrade and reform.At first the background of the project, the analyse of current status and the significance of the project is introduced. The production, development and structure of DCS and technics of Blast furnace Blower Dehumidifying System and Auxiliary system is also summarized. Characters, networks structure, hardware structure and software structure of CS3000system is analysed in detailed. Illuminated the whole course of the design and the application of CS3000system in the industrial process:the configuration of DCS system; the function design of application soft; the configuration of control, flowchart, history, report, environment of control soft; the installation, debugging and running of system.Second, the blast furnace blower dehumidifying control automation technology upgrade involves many aspects:host system control, dehumidifying system control, auxiliary cooling system control and drainage system control,etc. Project selection yokogawa company CS3000DCS can meet the production process requirement, ensure blower dehumidifying process continuous, stable. The process control algorithm should satisfy not only the technics for production process but also the equipment、manufacture safety and simple operation. PID control is used in pression and temperature closed loop control. Engineering configuration using the Yokogawa company’s software named Systemview, Including the DCS hardware configuration configuration and operation station overview configuration, control group configuration, turning configuration, trend configuration, record configuration, environment conf Finally,the paper studies the DCS of the installation and debugging、commissioning and running.Makes the optimized improvement with progress of production demand in the production. Large industrial production process automatic upgrade of the distributed control system several important parts such as DCS type selection、basic preparation are summarized.
