As the original country of tea,china is the first one to discover and utilize tea;As well,it possesses the richest types of tea.With the largest tea garden area in the world,the tea production of china ranks the first and its exports ranks the second.Since the discovery of wild tea from the birth of loose leaf as well as cakes of compacted tea and to the boiled water,from the green tea to the various tea types,from manual operation to the mechanization of tea,china has experienced complicated change during its long history.As one of the most important links in tea fermentation,the turning heap process mainly relies on manual operation.Take Pu-erh for example,its fermentation process takes about half and one month which determines the puer tea's unique taste and aroma.It need a turning head every 5days by which the sticky blocking will be turned into the loose tea.The process enables the surrounding tea mix well with the tea in center which improves he ventilation conditions in pile to satisfy the needs of aerobic microorganisms.So they could ferment well and reach the expected effect finally.So far,the operating process is done completely by human beings which results in the low mechanization degree,such as rake and shovel.Therefore,exploration of tea fermentation technology is urgent and imminent.Based on considerable literature research as well as investigation,and comparison of domestic and foreign turning head technology,the study makes use of PROE and CAXA to achieve the two and three dimensional modeling about the dark tea turns heaps,at the same time,it established the dynamics simulation model of turning device in the ADAMS to carry out kinematics and dynamics simulation on the roller.If the simulation results consistent with the theoretical model calculation,and the calculation be confirmed and supported by the simulation results,it can prove that the conditions of the theoretical model assumption is reasonable and be able to use the distance of MATLAB to pitch S as well as the efficiency of the turning head conveying device to achieve the optimization.In order to explore the ideal effect of the turning head and analyze the turning head principles as well as factors which influent the quality of turning quality,the study select the turn heap cylindrical linear velocity,the machine speed and the speed ratio of the two as the main influence factors and then design the speed and altitude of the turning heap,the speed adjustable prototype machine.Orthogonal experiment research is carried out after determining the two main factors.Through extreme difference analysis,the study makes a conclusion about optimal combination of evaluation index(different temperature rate,change of moisture as well as fluffy degree): cylindrical linear velocity of the turning heap is 400 m/min,the machine speed is 3.33 m/min,the speed ratio is 120.Temperature changes before and after the test results of the experiment are as follows: the before and after temperature difference is 10.5 ?,moisture change is 0.68%,fluffy rate is 123.58%,it's good to promote the dump operation.Turning test to prove the correctness of the machine design and show good performance.This design successfully fill the blank of our country Self-propelled Dark Tea Turning Device design,promoting the development of China's dark tea.
