Friction hoisting shave is an important equipment for carrying and guiding the operation of steel wire rope in mine hoisting system.After running for a long time,the surface shape of each rope groove and the bottom diameter of the rope groove group are poor due to wear of the hoisting shave rope groove and the steel wire rope.Therefore,it is necessary to turn the hoisting shave rope groove in time.However,because the hoisting shave is located on the upper derrick,the space is narrow and the operating environment is bad,so the hoisting shave rope groove is seldom turned.Usually,people use a large crane to lift the pulley block to the ground and directly replace the rope groove liner,which wastes time and labor,and the liner depreciation is serious.In this paper,it investigates the turn-working condition characteristics of the hoisting shave and designs a numerical control device for turning the hoisting shave groove.The device can be used for high-altitude online trimming of hoisting shave rope groove at any time.It ensures the consistency of the bottom diameter of each hoisting shave groove and the surface of the hoisting shave groove and the wire rope.besides,it greatly reduces the tension unbalance phenomenon caused by wear difference of wire rope groove in daily production.The main research contents are as follows:1.It analyzes the functional requirements and technical indexes of the high-altitude rope channel turning of the friction hoisting shave,and formulates the overall design scheme including the mechanical and control system.Then it establishes the cutting resistance model of the milling cutter used in the groove and the microcosmic cutting pattern model of the rope groove surface.Finally,it determines the influence relationship between the main parameters of rope groove milling on the quality of the milling rope groove.Based on this,the main machining parameter setting specification and turn-milling principle are established.2.It carries on the theory calculation,the type selection and the life check to the mechanical system main transmission component,and then it carries on the structural design to the upper frame,lower frame and the mounting bracket,establishes a three-dimensional model and does finite element simulation.Finally,the mechanical system of numerical control lathe groove device can be sured to meet the requirements.3.It makes the hardware and software numerical control system of the slot device as follows:(1)According to the required function and technical requirement of nc lathe slot device,it analyzes the system hardware structure and makes the main hardware type selection design;(2)It determines the numerical control slot device software system,including: manual control system,automatic control system and external sensor positioning monitoring system,and so on.According this,it has carried on PLC programming,touch screen configuration design and system debugging.4.It has done the on-line grooving experiment of the high-altitude friction hoisting shave,The results show that this device can effectively complete the processing of high-altitude online Turning the rope groove,the process is efficient and convenient,and the operation is safe.It can change the present situation that the quality of the former hoisting shave rope groove is poor and the liner is changed directly because it is not easy to turn after being worn.Figure [68] Table [36] Reference [80]...
