China has a wealth of thin coal seam coal resources, but the complex geological conditions and mechanical exploitation of the harsh working environment on the reliability of the work of the shearer greater impact.Taking the "MG2*100/455-BWD" new thin coal seam shearer cutting part as the engineering object, the load of the output shaft, shell and planet frame of the key parts is analyzed deeply.Based on the reliability interference theory of stress-intensity distribution, considering the number of load actions, the dynamic reliability model of each key part failure mode is established, and its reliability is calculated and analyzed. In this paper, using MATLAB to compile the shearer load sample,Pro/E modeling,ANSYS to generate key parts flexible body, and import ADAMS into the MECHANISM/Pro through special interface to establish rigid-flexible coupling model of shearer cutting part and carry out its dynamics simulation, the stress information of key parts under different working conditions is obtained.Taking the working condition parameter as the training sample of the neural network, the neural network and the virtual prototype technology are combined to predict the stress under other working conditions, thus reducing the simulation time and workload of the virtual prototype. The above research has provided the basis for the design of the shearer, shortened the design cycle and improved its dynamic reliability, which has important theoretical significance and high practical value.
