A New Method Of Reducing Yarn Hairiness--Collecting Spinning

In recent years, many new spinning methods have been developped and achieved remarkable effect in improving spinning speed. But these methods can not meet the demand in improving the resultant yarn quality. Compact spinning method is a new one developed to reduce the hairiness of yarn.This thesis analyses the course of hariness reducing in the ring spinning frame, in order to minish the triangular area which is the main factor in hariness forming a pair of additional rollers with collector are Tne main work we have done is add a gathering space which have a collector moored on ring frame. This content study the effect of the collector. So we have some conclusion.1. The main work of collector is preventing the flying of the fibre, minishing the strand of fibre. To spinning the low count yarn we choice the collector which has a biggish outlet mouth breadth.2. The size of draft ability of condeusing space have a difference role for the yarn. Usually it is between 1. 01 to 1. 05 times.3. With a collector in originally draft zone of ring spinning frame and additional pair of rollers and collector in ring spinning can all reduce the hariness, but the frist way is not convenience for manufacture.4. In the case of 23. 8 tex the right collector is which outlet mouth breath is 1. 5mm to 1. 6mm. In the case of 34. 8 tex the right collector is which the outlet mouth breath is 2.0mm to 2.2mm.But the device is not perfection because there have some problem for the frame.
