Graphene is a two-dimensional crystal consisting of carbon atoms with a monolayer atomic thickness.It has a periodical close packed hexagonal honeycomb structure;this unique structure makes graphene have many excellent properties,mainly including good mechanical properties,excellent electrical and optical properties.In addition,graphene has ultra-high carrier mobility and the highest specific surface area theoretically,so it has very strong application prospects in the field of sensors.There are many methods to prepare graphene,among which CVD method is widely used,because the graphene prepared has the advantages of high quality,large area and so on.In this paper,we mainly study the preparation of graphene by CVD method and apply it to the sensor.The three isomers of hydroquinone are very similar to each other in structure and are prone to convert.Therefore,they are difficult to be separated.Use CVD method to grow flower-shaped graphene on tantalume(Ta)sheet,and assemble zinc oxide(Zn O)nanorods on the surface of graphene by hydrothermal method,the electrode of which can be successfully carried out simultaneously on three isomers detection.The detection limits of the three substances-hydroquinone(HQ),catechol(CC)and resorcinol(RC)by the electrode couple reach 0.1 ?M,0.2 ?M and 1 ?M respectively,showing very high sensitivity.In addition,carry out a corresponding electrochemical test on the sensor system,the result of which shows that the sensor has good stability as well as excellent anti-jamming capability.Glucose is an important source of energy for human body,whose content directly affects people's health.Use CVD method to make flower-shaped graphene on tantalume(Ta)wires,and on the basis of it,use square wave pulse to electrodeposit Ni nanoparticles and leaf-shaped Cu nanostructures successively in the electrode surface of the prepared graphene.The obtained electrode is used for the detection of glucose levels in human serum.The sensor for glucose detection limit is 0.004 ?M,showing good detection sensitivity.By the corresponding tests,the sensor is found also having the characteristics of excellent anti-jamming capability,good stability,and so on.In addition,the electrode is easy to make and store,thus it has broad application prospects in the glucose detection field.
