Thesis research are as follows:(1)This paper studies the strip tension, roll slippage, roll interference and static frictionforce which have rather impact on the analysis and calculation of roll system, What’s more, itdeduced the conclusion that the strip tension is inversely proportional to the contact force. Theanalysis regard the condition that the roll does not slip or interference as the determinantcondition before the mechanical model has been calculated.(2)The mechanical roll model has been established by using the known rolling processparameters in the case of fully consider the strip tension, the static friction between rolls, theformula calculating parameters can also be deduced, such as the contact force between rolls instatic and rolling pressure.(3)The calculation methods to solve the static pressure, start torque and transmission torquehas been achieved by establish the mechanics model, take full use of iterative algorithms andcomputer programming, In combination with the silicon steel factory of rolling technology,silicon steel rolling parameters are calculated, such as contact force, contact force direction angle,transmission torque and so on. Applying Matlab numerical processing method, and present thevisible and changeable chart of rolling parameters.
