2015,overall the pressure of the rural ecological system is basically stable,agricultural ecological construction efforts continue to increase,but the pressure of agricultural environmental pollution is still increasing,the ability of sustainable development in rural areas still need to be improved.With the rapid development of economy,the pace of rural urbanization is growing fast.In recent years,the rapid development of Fuyang City,the contradiction between the rural environment and the economic development have become more and more prominent.The solution to the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas has been imminent.For example,in the rural areas,because of chemical fertilizer and pesticide overuse leads to a rural system of ecological deterioration,industrial and urban sewage in agricultural water pollution,people and livestock,garbage pollution,crops straw waste incineration pollution and other environmental problems,one of the rural water environment pollution problem is most obvious,improve governance and rural water environment has become the sustainable development of our country urgent task of.To explore the Countermeasures of rural sewage treatment,and effectively solve the problem of water pollution in rural areas,and build environment-friendly,resource-saving and modern new rural areas,it is an important subject of research significance.This article takes the water environment in rural areas of Fuyang City as the research object, through visits to research and establish mathematical model method, combined with scientific theory to guide, to collect data, careful and systematic research, a comprehensive evaluation of Fuyang Rural Areas the degree of water pollution, to find out the problems existing in the governance process and affecting factors, and put forward the solution of Fuyang City rural sewage prevention countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts.the first part is the research status at home and abroad;the second part describes the related concepts and theories;the third part on the present situation of rural water environment in Fuyang were analyzed,and the situation of rural water environment evaluation model is established;the fourth part in-depth analysis of rural water environment pollution and governance issues;the fifth part is rational ideas and countermeasures are proposed for the control of water pollution in rural areas of Fuyang;the last part is the conclusion and prospect.
