Research On The Actuality And Countermeasures Of The Rural Water Environment Pollution Of Huicheng District Huizhou City

In recent years,with the rapid development of Huizhou's economy,the problem of rural water environment pollution is becoming more and more serious.The paper collects the basic information of part river pollution and collects the pollution data of chemical fertilizers,pesticides,livestock industry of Huicheng District Huizhou C ity through collecting basic data of rural environmental protection,agriculture and agricultural pollution in Huicheng district and visiting environmental professionals and departments of agriculture and environmental protection.According to the survey data,to a nalyze the origin and current situation of water pollution in rural areas of Huicheng District,summing up the current weak links of Huicheng District Rural water pollution,and put forward the Countermeasures for the future improvement of rural water environment pollution.Main conclusions are as follows:The rural water environment pollution in Huicheng District has different sources and has local characteristics:(1)farmers lack of environmental awareness is the direct cause of the rural pollution problem;(2)lack of Rural water environment protection policy is the deep cause of water environment pollution;(3)one-sided pursuit of industrial economic efficiency is the main reason caused severe localized pollution;(4)urban pollution transfer is also one of the causes of rural water environment pollution;(5)environmental pollution caused by traditional extensive agricultural production mode;(6)inadequate rural environmental governance is an important cause of rural water pollution.The countermeasures to strengthen rural water pollution control in Huicheng district are as follows:(1)perfect rural water environment protection policy and infrastructure development;(2)energetically develop ecological agriculture and strengthen the standardized management of livestock and poultry;(3)implementation of pollution responsibility and environmental law enforcement supervision;(4)strengthen rural environmental education publicity,improve farmers' awareness of environmental protection;(5)rational distribution of township enterprises;(6)strengthen the rural water environmental legislation.
