| The National 12 th Five-year Plan currently points out that we should implement the green development, construct a resource- conserving and environme ntally frien dly society, and accelerate the construction of resource saving and environmental friendly mode of production and consumption patterns to enhance the capacity of sustainable develop ment with an emphasis on energy conservation and emissions reduction and improving the incentive and constraint mechanism. Innovative environme ntal protection enterprises are an i mportant economic subject of environme ntal protection and ecological protection and also a significant force in the progress of science and technology a nd innovation in our country. While during the key period of the transformation and upgrading of China's economy reforming, the environmental protection enterprises' growth is confronted with opportunities and challenges in the transition fro m the traditio nal enterprises to the innovative one. Therefore, it is conducive in regulating and guiding the growth and development of innovative environmental protection enterprises by exploring their growt h mechanism.This paper, on the basis of 55 are screened out of 104 listed environme ntal protection enterprises from the green concept of ESSENCE SECURITIES Co., Ltd., defines the innovative environmental protection enterprises and proposes and revises the preliminary index system of evaluation on the innovative env ironmental enterprises by co mbing through related literature and applying Documentary Research Method. From a mix ture of multi-granularity fuzzy semantic evaluation, entropy weight method and TOPSIS, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation model of innovative environmental protection enterprise growth ability based on entropy weight and multi-granularity fuzzy semantics. And through empirical analysis it is concluded the sorting of the 55 innovative environme ntal protection enterpris es growth abi lity. Combining with the analysis of the actual status of the related enterprises, this paper, from this breakthrough point, puts the growth of internal and external mechanisms suggestion fro m the perspective of exploring forward innovative environmental protection enterprises. |
