| Shared mental model is a research hotspot in cognitive psychology and behavioral management in recent years,which has been widely used in enterprise management.As the keynote of airline safety management system,safety performance has always been the focus of airline operation control departments.In this paper,shared mental model is introduced into the field of civil aviation operation control for the first time.It takes airline dispatchers as the research object,and focuses on the relationship between the shared mental model of dispatchers and the safety performance of dispatchers,so as to provide a new theoretical basis for airline operation control safety management.Firstly,by summarizing the previous theoretical concepts and empirical research,this paper analyzes the connotation,formation mechanism and shaping mechanism of dispatcher shared mental model,and constructs the theoretical structure of dispatcher shared mental model from five dimensions.Through reliability tests and validity tests and principal component analysis,the questionnaire of shared mental model of dispatchers,which is suitable for large-scale research,is determined.Secondly,based on the co-occurrence analysis of literature,this paper establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP to construct the dispatcher safety performance evaluation system.Using the whole process of thinking and referring to related theoretical research,the evaluation indicators of the dispatcher safety performance evaluation system are determined,and the weight value of evaluation index is calculated by Python programming.And according to the dispatcher safety performance evaluation system,the dispatcher safety performance questionnaire is formed.The effectiveness of the dispatcher safety performance evaluation system is verified by empirical analysis,and a dispatcher safety performance evaluation system based on Visual Basic is preliminarily developed.Finally,through large-scale collection of airline dispatcher data,the reliability and validity of dispatcher shared mental model and dispatcher safety performance evaluation model are analyzed.Through correlation analysis,the correlation between each dimension of dispatcher shared mental model and dispatcher safety performance is judged,and the correlation model is constructed by multiple linear regression analysis to verify the correlation between the various dimensions of the shared mental model and the safety performance of dispatchers,and there was a significant positive correlation between the two groups.Based on the five dimensions of shared mental model,the paper discusses the methods of improving the safety performance of dispatcher,in order to improve the safety performance level of dispatcher based on the prediction of shared mental model and enrich the theory of airline safety management. |
