Research Into The Innovative Pattern Of The SM In Industrial Enterprises

Security management(SM), which is one of the critical compositions of modern enterprise management, plays a very important role in the whole managing activity. With the rapid development of our economy and the overall progress of the whole society, SM has already entered an entirely new phase of historical development when the socialist market economy has been gradually perfected and diversified; the structure of our employees has also greatly changed. In addition, the means of employment have increasingly diversified and the mobility of the employees has grown. Moreover, the restructure of the economic administration of the governments at all levels is being carried out. However, all these changes make the safe production of our enterprises confront many new situations and problems. It becomes a core issue of how to build and improve a set of innovative SM system and how to adopt suitable methods to guarantee the safe and effective work in the process of transition from a traditional enterprise to a modern one. Taking the innovative SM in industrial enterprises as researching object, this paper analyses the current status and existing problems of SM in Sanyou group and then practices and applies the new model.There are five components in this paper:The first part is a brief introduction of the background and significance of the research into the innovative pattern of the SM.The second part is an introduction of the present domestic status of SM and the relating concept and definition.The third part is putting forward the main body of the innovative SM and analyzing the problems in Sanyou group after the presentation of its current situation.The fourth part is about the methods and strategies for the innovation of SM. On the basis of the analysis of the misunderstanding in the practice of SM, the concrete measures are proposed.The fifth part is to analyze the new model of SM and try to make improvement and further study.
