Research Of Digital Printing Color And Pattern Design Based On Silk-Wool Fabric

Silk-wool fabric is a new fabric,which is interwoven with wool and silk or mixed woven fabric.It has a lot of unique properties both of silk and wool fabrics.It is glossy and elegant,delicate and feels full.It is exquisite and wrinkle resistant,wears comfortably and belongs to gorgeous style.It stands out among other fibers which interwoven or mixed with silk.From the perspective of product manufacturing process,designers find problems of color accuracy on this type of fabric.It is a difficult point of the production process.In this study,digital printing was applied to the design of silk and wool fabric.From the point of view of the designer's desire to predict the color performance of the design,the color expression of silk and woolen fabric without artificial color adjustment was comparatively studied.In this study,the color aberration of tpx color card and 6 kinds of silk wool fabric were measured by spectrophotometry.Under the same processing condition,by observing the color difference of the same color on the silk wool fabric with different texture and different interwoven ratio,the characteristics of color performance of the fabric were summarized and analyzed.The purpose of this study is to make designers fully understand the color accuracy of this kind of fabric digital printing color before design,and improve their working efficiency.The later printing design has three series:design art derivat:ives series,personalized shopping mall customization series and Hangzhou tourism products,Each series has 4-5 products:scarves,bags,and clothing;they are designed in different patterns and matched with 3-4 colors.Color work combines proofed Pantone colors selected from experiment with color matching design in the case of predictable color results,therefore estimated if the color samples are in acceptable range of designer.To some extent,it can avoid the loss of the cloth caused by chromatic aberration.
