Fireworks and firecrackers is a traditional industry of the Chinese nation with a long history. Every new year, people will ignite fireworks, firecrackers to say farewell with the old time, the New Year's yearning. Setting off fireworks has become a custom Chinese people. However, when we are immersed in the colorful fireworks and romantic, Ever fount problems are becoming increasingly apparent. The fireworks production has the risk with explosive. In the past, most of the process of fireworks production has to be done manually. Staff and drug direct contact, it is easy to cause explosion. In order to protect the personal safety of the staff in the production of fireworks, this paper designed the bright pearl filling device. The device can completely realize the isolation of human and medicine, to improve the efficiency and safety of production.According to the actual production needs of manufacturers, the analysis of the function shell beads filling device to achieve, and the contrast of filling scheme, a three-dimensional model of the bright bead filling device is established.In this paper, the equivalent static load method is used to simplify the explosion shock load. The ANSYS software is used to analyze the strength of the hopper of the bright bead filling device, and get the position of the stress concentration of the hopper and the size of the stress. The strength analysis is carried out on the load-bearing beams with different thickness, the corresponding deflection curves, stress and displacement are obtained, and the maximum stress and size of displacement are obtained. When the thickness of the beam is 0.6mm, the vibration effect is better, and it can meet the strength requirement of the material. The relationship between the thickness and the maximum stress is fitted, and the relationship is quantitatively described by using equation.The relationship between excitation frequency and natural frequency is introduced. Because the vibration tapping of the cylinder is the main source of vibration in the whole bright bead filling process, the modal analysis of the beam in the cylinder is made. By using the Workbench ANSYS software, the first 6 natural frequencies of the beam are obtained, and the vibration mode of each order is obtained and analyzed. The curve of the relationship between the thickness and the natural frequency is fitted, and the relationship is quantitatively described by using equation.The modal analysis of the whole beam and mechanism assembly is carried out, and the first 15 order natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the assembly are obtained. Through the comparative analysis of natural frequency and exciting frequency, the exciting frequency of the actual production is less than each order of the natural frequency of the beam and the assembly, and there is a certain gap between the natural frequency and the exciting frequency. Will not produce resonance, the machine design is reasonable.
