<released in 2015 China's total coal consumption control planning research report> that by 2020, in China's primary energy consumption, the proportion of coal consumption will still be as high as 60%, but has been plaguing a safe and efficient coal mining factors has not been solved properly. Among them, the coal spontaneous combustion is particularly prominent. In Pansan mine 1562 (3) working face mining empty area the coal seam with spontaneous combustion tendency, specific production of mine adjacent to the reference, in order to ensure the safe mining of the working face, this paper combines pan San 1562 (3) working face of the actual situation of coal mine, study and formulate working face goaf area of fire protection technology.This paper introduces the common theory and research status of prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal, then combined with the actual situation of the specific research contents. Firstly, by means of thermal analysis techniques of thermal analysis, then the coal thermal conductivity test and low temperature oxidation experiments of 13-1 coal,13-1 coal oxidation analysis of low temperature heat release rate and record low temperature oxidation process the quality change characterization of coal spontaneous combustion characteristic index system, and detailed research on the low-temperature oxidation of coal 13-1 pan three coal mine, and in 1562 (3) of fully mechanized mining face goaf embedded beam tube monitoring system and coal temperature test system for real-time monitoring of gas and gas species concentration and temperature of coal oxidation on the goaf of coal, analyze the measured data, divided into goaf oxidation "three zone", and on this basis, combined with the actual mine pan three 13-1 coal combustion period, calculated the Working face of the minimum safety push schedule. By SF6 tracer gas technique detected 1562 (3) working face mining empty area and adjacent has mining working face mining goaf air leakage, and then by the fluent simulation software to simulate the mined zone temperature field and mining empty area gas. At last, combined with the above research process, formulated the 1562 (3) working face gob area fire prevention measures, to provide a guarantee for the safe mining of the working face.
