With its development, our country has been the biggest country of production of medium density fiberboard in the world.In the process of MDF production, glue blending and spreading is an important working procedure, it is related to the problem of the physics mechanics function, quality, production cost and green environmental protection of the product etc. In the process of my country's MDF production, glue blending and spreading technique is to fall behind, original gum and various assistance additives go together with the inaccuracy ratio, glue consumption (glue spreading ration) lead high, lead low or unsteady, resulted in physics mechanics function of the finished product are unsteady, the product quality unqualified and wasted original material etc. The business enterprises have a very big economy lose. Study an advanced glue blending and spreading techniques of MDF to resolve these problems, having the important economic and social effects.This thesis is under the support of Heilongjiang Province scientific and technological project "The study on the process control system of glue blending and spreading of MDF" (GB02A303), overall, systematically collected and checked the domestic and international relevant cultural heritage data of MDF glue blending and spreading application and study, and carried on analysis, contrast and comprehensive. From technology, equipment, control three aspect of Glue blending and spreading of MDF, to carry on the analytical research to the domestic and international glue blending and spreading of MDF, put forward a new kind of method of glue blending and spreading-glue blending and spreading technique of proceed together and on-line type.This thesis focuses on introducing productive technology of glue blending and spreading of proceed together and on-line type of MDF; Under the condition of new technology, the author design the type of MDF-1 experimental equipment of the process control system of glue blending and spreading of MDF; Study on process control system mold of MDF glue spreading.
