Online analytical instruments, also known as quality monitoring instrumentation, or process analytical instruments, is one that can be installed directly in the industrial production process or other source of liquid to the scene, the composition or the physical parameters of the measured medium for automatic continuous measurement instruments.Online analytical techniques is the key to industrial production, the use of analytical instruments, not only to assess the quality of raw materials and products, but also for the entire process technology to provide a reliable basis for orderly, more importantly, it can save production time and reduce investment costs. In recent years, online analytical techniques, because having good targeted, normative, scientific and accuracy, etc., in industrial production has been more and more emphasis on the whole production process and plays a guiding role in promoting, in petroleum, chemical other fields has been widely used.To solve the long-standing FCC catalyst regeneration process, the use of off-line analysis results of the analysis leading to the presence of the lag issues, based feedforward- feedback principle sampling system regenerator gas sample impurity in real time with temperature, so that the dust sample gas temperature to meet testing standards infrared continuous on-line analyzer transmitter. Siemens S7-200 PLC designed based temperature controller for real-time self-cleaning impurity systems. To achieve real-time smooth and accurate reproduction of the catalytic device is monitored in the CO component, a substantial increase in production efficiency catalytic cracking. The main research work includes:(1) From the current development line analysis system, elaborates the current development situation of domestic and foreign online analysis system. And catalytic regeneration system for a long time in gas dust, temperature are high, only use the traditional method after sampling impurity offline component monitoring, resulting in the analysis results are significant lag deposit.(2) based on the feedforward- feedback sampling system for gas samples in real time in the regenerator temperature and impurity. S7-200 PLC use Siemens completed the design of the automatic purging and sampling steam temperature control system. Thus ensuring the dust of the sampling process gas after the sample gas, the temperature in line with continuous on-line analysis equipment testing standards.(3) for the catalytic component of the regeneration system of the CO, the detection principle of the infrared analyzer transmitter to its continuous-line content analysis. To ensure that the extent of charred catalyst regeneration system for real-time monitoring of targets, ensuring not because of insufficient leaving charred catalyst activity is not enough, but also to avoid excessive burning burnt catalyst.
