With the development of bioengineering technology,the scale of fermentation industry is expanding.It is urgent to execute advanced control and optimization of the fermentation process to improve the fermentation industry level.With the progress of the fermentation technology,the optimization of the fermentation process from the aspects of the ratio of the medium and the selection of strains has improved the fermentation production level.As batch fed fermentation is the most widely used form of fermentation in the fermentation industry,it is the key to the appropriate fermentation process control feeding strategy for batch fed fermentation.At present,the feeding strategy of the fermentation process is mostly based on the biomass measurement offline for proper selection,this feeding method has certain hysteresis and instability,which is difficult to meet the requirements of online optimization control of the fermentation process.And manual sampling is easy to cause bacteria pollution in fermentation system,which affects the quality of the fermentation process.So,one timely and effective fermentation feeding strategy is the key to achieve online optimal control of the fermentation process,which can effectively control the intermediate metabolism of microorganisms to make it develop in the direction of product accumulation.The difficulty in the implementation of online feeding control in the fermentation process is that the real-time status of the fermentation process cannot be obtained in real time,so it is urgent to find real-time parameters that can reflect the real-time status of the fermentation process and can be measurement online.However,the gas metabolites of fermentation process contain important process information,which can directly reflect the growth status and concentration changes into the bacteria.Therefore,it is of great engineering application value to study the feedback control feeding method and system based on the online measurement of gas concentration of the fermentation process.Based on the research status of gas measurement and online feedback control feeding method and its research status,we proposed a feedback control feeding method based on online measurement of gas concentration,we give the design method of fermentation gas collection device and the online detection method of gas concentration in fermentation process.Combining prior knowledge of the fermentation process,we proposed a feedback control feed method of the fermentation process that incorporates prior knowledge of the fermentation process,and for the specific fermentation object,we give the implementation of the feedback control feeding algorithm for fermentation process.A feedback control feeding system for fermentation process based on virtual instrument technology was given base on this method,we give the overall design method of feedback control feeding on fermentation process.Designed and implemented the hardware of the feedback control feeding system on the fermentation process,and the hardware system designs and the selection of system hardware equipment was given.In addition,designed and implemented the software of the feedback control system of the fermentation process,we give the design of data communication subsystem,data processing subsystem,control feeding subsystem,data management subsystem,and the design of human-computer interaction interfaces subsystem.Through the fermentation experiment to verify the effect of the sensor online detection,and test each subsystem module of the integrated fermentation process feedback control feeding system,through three fermentation systems of glutathione,Pediococcus pentosaceus and selenium-enriched yeast for experimental analysis and verification of feedback control feeding method.The experiment showers that the feedback control feeding method based on the online measurement of gas concentration can achieve real-time monitoring of metabolic gas concentration and improvement of fermentation product quality.The feedback control feeding system for fermentation process based on virtual instrument technology is stable and reliable,it is a practical and new way to solve the problem of feeding in the fermentation process.
