| The self adjusting bolt converter is a kind of converters,which is widely used in the80 to 90's of the last century in China,The self adjusting bolt of the device can make up for the high temperature deformation of the converter body,and the connection mode is simple and easy to realize.But this type of converter holder of the pad is easy to wear and produce a clearance impact,resulting in a larger clearance impact load.In this paper,taking the 100 t converter of a steel plant as the research object,the three-dimensional geometry model of the converter system is built by using the 3D CAD modeling technique,and it is introduced into the multi-body dynamics software,by using multi-body dynamics software clamping device exist in different clearance values,the converter system in the tapping process and empty converter tilting the impact load of simulation analysis.Simulation results and empty converter operation process in the field measured signals coincide.A flexible body model is established for the important load bearing part in converter,through the analysis of rigid flexible coupling has been self adjusting bolt in the empty converter operations and tapping process under impact load stress level.The results show that the converter body is connected with a device of clearance impact load,the tapping process of maximum stress is non clearance impact nine times the clearance impact.Self adjusting bolt in the tapping process,there is clearance impact factor of safety is 1.39,non clearance impact the safety coefficient is12.5.It can be known that the impact load of converter connecting device is very big to the self adjusting bolt of converter.The research work of this paper reveals the influence of the impact load on the stress state of the self adjusting bolt,and it has important theoretical significance and practical application value to the safe operation and maintenance of the furnace body connection mode. |
