Safety is the eternal theme in the development of civil aviation.In the process of new construction in aerodrome,the distance between airport and the emission sources that of flue gas in energy,chemical and other industries are getting closer and closer,and the impact of flue gas flow on navigation safety has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,studying the influence of flue gas flow on the navigation safety has important theoretical and practical significance for the safe operation of the airport.This paper focuses on the assessment of the safety affection of smoke flow to civil aviation.First,identified the potential hazard sources from the characteristics of flue gas flow and the definition of navigational safety,analyzed the relationship between hazard sources and navigation safety,and determined two aspects of impact,which were visibility and flight performance respectively.Secondly,based on the characteristics of flue gas distribution and the model of flue gas diffusion,the indexes for the influence of flue gas flow were selected and the evaluation model of visibility and aircraft performance were established.Meanwhile,the sensitivity analysis was carried out with the example.Taking the single flight event of aircraft as the research object,together with the consideration of the key factors such as smoke airflow,aircraft performance and external environment,this paper established the safety evaluation model of the smoke airflow to aircraft.Then,the concept of gas-flow danger zone was proposed,and the relationships between this zone and the key factors were discussed based on three-dimensional space environment model.Finally,considering the airport airspace structure,flight models and weather uncertainties,this paper proposed safety assessment model,combined with the former evaluation model.Moreover,the influence of smoke airflow in different areas around the airport was discussed,and the relationships between chimney parameters and dangerous areas were analyzed as well.
