Research On Food Complaint Documents Traceability Based On Ontology

In the resent year,with the advancement of people’s living standard,everyone focus on the quality and safety of food increasingly.The issue about the food safety occurs frequently.There are many shocking cases,such as the powered milk with melamine,the lean meat powder,the poison rice and the poison bean-sprout.It is the urgent issue that relates to health and safety.It has influence with the economical development and the social stability.In order to avoid the issue,the cooperation among the government departments makes sense to ensure the food safety.But there is still the unsafe food entering into the market.After purchasing these unsafe foods,the consumers always complain to the ‘315’ website which can protect their rights.A great deal of complained messages are complicated,so it is necessary to use the meaning of text excavation to extract the message which can trace the unsafe food.This paper is based on the tracing model of the complaint document event of domain ontology.By tracing the unsafe food,the model is divided into three parts.First,the construction of domain ontology include tow basic parts,the food and the time domain ontology,which play a guiding role on extract and reason of follow-ups.Second,it is the imbalance data sets processing module which is offered a new automatic classification algorithm under the ontology driven.The module can extract the complained events which we want to ‘the body discomfort’ event.Third,it is the time selection rules module which the central part of this paper.This module can obtain the logical relation of time ontology,build the rule of the time extract and set up the relation of reasoning sequence.The result of experiment proves that the text construction ontology can take effect and algorithm has a right outcome.It can classifies the event accurately and traces the unsafe food.To achieve the goal of the early warning of the food safety,it can provide the reference for the food testing technology regulation.
