Nowadays,global environmental problems are becoming more and more serious.How to reduce carbon emissions has also become the focus of attention.At present,enterprises have established information systems,but most of them do not provide a clear product carbon footprint data,a feasible method is to excavate hidden product carbon footprint data from the existing information system.In this paper,the product carbon footprint of the enterprise manufacturing layer is taken as the research object,based on the project of "Semantic Modeling of Product Carbon Footprint Oriented to Complex Information System and Construction of Information Service Platform",which is supported by Natural Science Foundation of Zhejiang Province.A carbon footprint modeling method based on ontology-oriented information system is proposed,which is of great theoretical and practical value in solving the problem of carbon footprint calculation in various industries.This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects.Firstly,this paper studies the semantic analysis mechanism of product carbon footprint ontology,constructs the system framework,introduce the hierarchy of the framework,the research tasks and the research methods at each level.On this basis,the key solution technology is expounded.Secondly,the paper studies the meta-model ontology and the meta-model-based ontology construction method,and completes the ontology library.The generation method and mapping method of local ontology are taken to solve the problem of generation of carbon footprint oriented to manufacturing floor.Then,the energy consumption model of product carbon footprint is established.The carbon footprint evaluation method and the calculation method of product carbon footprint are analyzed,and the energy consumption model of product carbon footprint is built according to the influence factors of product carbon footprint.Finally,a case study is designed,in this paper.From the result,the theory and method proposed in this paper can effectively extract the carbon footprint from the information system.
