With the change of life style, choose the simple packaging of vegetables has become a way for people to buy fruits and vegetables. At present, the fruits and vegetables, fruits and vegetables, fruits and vegetables, peel and packaging are still using manual operation, poor health, labor intensity, low production efficiency. Through the introduction, absorption and innovation, China's fruit and vegetable industry has made great progress, but for supermarket, farms and application of small automatic fruit vegetable peeling packaging equipment is still lagging behind the demand in the market.According to actual demand of carrots and other tuber peel the vegetables of the supermarkets, farms, dishes, etc., was developed in this paper a carrot automatic peeling machine, to carry out the research on the key technology of virtual prototype of machine:1. Analysis of the carrot, the physical properties and cutting requirements, determine the carrot of rotary cutting way, design the intermittent rotary conveying the carrot automatic cutting process, carrot sequentially through the positioning and cutting, positioning clip to and rotary cutting epidermis, finished product output station, complete the automatic cutting of carrot.2. Determine the design scheme of automatic peeling machine, machine is composed of a clamping to cut parts, clamping centering component, a rotary cutting parts, sub bit intermittent rotary transmission parts, finished output belt parts, transmission mechanism and guide groove, storage tank and composition, design of the transmission system of machine.3. The machine with single motor drive, for machine multiple execution mechanism of collaborative work principle, in accordance with the requirements of the automatic cutting process, the mechanism of automatic working cycle diagram design method, the machine working cycle diagram and related mechanism parameters have been optimized..4 the model of carrot was established, the influencing factors were analyzed, and the arrangement of the rotary cutting mechanism was optimized. Design of the machine's three station groove wheel intermittent delivery mechanism.5 the optimization mathematical model of the crank slider driving mechanism of the two ends of the carrot was set up, and the mechanism parameters of the crank slider were optimized by Matlab.6. The Mechanical Design Software Solidworks, establish the three-dimensional model of the machine, to finish the design of virtual prototype of automatic carrot peeler.
