With the increasing competition in the global apparel market and the ever-changing information technology,the apparel industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.For consumers,with the continuous improvement of living standards and sustainable economic development,their requirements for clothing are no longer limited to warmth and cold,but on the basis of the pursuit of "individualization" and "fitness." For garment enterprises,learning to meet the needs of different customers through high-quality and low-cost methods to achieve rapid response to the rapid changes in the market is a problem that must be faced in the long-term development of modern clothing companies.Among them,the clothing prototype as an important part of the design and development of clothing not only affects the cycle market of fashion design and development,but also determines the inherent quality of personalized clothing.Therefore,under the background of "industry 4.0",how to improve the accuracy and efficiency of clothing samples,how to overcome the limitations of time and space,and how to combine personalized clothing product development with intelligent manufacturing technology has become more significant.This topic takes the prototype model for female individuals as the research object,and gives full play to the characteristics of the stereoscopic cutting technology that can reflect the human body's body shape,and deeply studies the relationship between the American women's prototype prototype process and the final pattern generation.Based on the parametric prototype model of3 D human body data,the digital technology is used to establish a parameterized prototype model automatic generation system in the virtual environment,which realizes the identification and measurement of the digital human body and automatically generates a personalized prototype template.The effect of draping.The main research work and results of this paper include:(1)Through the research on the American stereoscopic cutting method of the female prototype,the corresponding relationship between the 3D vertical cutting process and the 2D model generation is analyzed,and the 3D human body parameter system required for the model design is constructed.A parametric prototype model making method is proposed.Through comparison and analysis,the correctness of the parameterized prototype template generation method is verified.(2)By constructing the corresponding parameter measurement system and using themethod of the highest value and curvature,the three-dimensional feature recognition on the personalized virtual human platform is realized.By setting the digital measurement method,the virtual measurement and the body shape parameter extraction are realized.(3)According to the parameterized prototype template making method,corresponding to the American sterling cutting,through the definition of feature points,straight line drawing and curve drawing in the virtual environment,the automatic generation of the parameterized prototype template in the virtual environment is realized.(4)Through programming,linking virtual human platform construction,feature extraction and virtual template drawing modules,the parameterized prototype template is automatically generated in the virtual environment.Through case verification,it is proved that the system can simulate the human body data based on three-dimensional,simulate the American stereo cutting prototype production method,and quickly obtain the prototype template.
