Phenol containing wastewater is one of industrial wastewater,Its characteristic is common,serious harm and pollution.The source of the source of phenol is a lot of enterprises,such as chemical plant,refinery, pharmaceutical factory,resin plant and tar factory,etc.According to the different product and production process,the concentration of phenol wastewater is also different.For high concentration phenol wastewater,follow the principle of reasonable use of resources,its enrichment recovery,recycling;Waste water containing residual phenol and low concentration of phenol containing waste water should be used in a reasonable treatment process to further degrade it and reduce the pollution caused by the environment.The traditional treatment method of wastewater containing phenol has a series of problems,such as large floor area,two pollution and running cost.The low temperature plasma method is a method which produces a large number of active particles,especially the strong oxidizing hydroxyl radical.There are many ways of low temperature plasma discharge,such as high voltage pulse discharge,glow discharge,gliding arc discharge and so on.The dielectric barrier discharge has the advantages of high discharge efficiency,high density of active ions,and so on.It has become an ideal discharge method for low temperature plasma.This article selects the needle plate dielectric barrier discharge as low concentration wastewater containing phenol degradation reaction device,based on the research of the factors influencing the treatment effect,to find the best experimental conditions,the degradation of seeking the best effect.In this paper,the dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) method is adopted to produce low temperature plasma technology synergy packing purifying phenol waste water,the phenol wastewater discharge time, discharge voltage,initial pH value,the exposure amount of air packing type and 4 a molecular sieve fillers dosing quantity on the influence law of phenol wastewater COD removal,and study the synergistic effect of discharge and packing.The optimum process conditions were determined by orthogonal test.The discharge time was 130min,the discharge voltage was 35kV,the initial pH value of phenol wastewater was 5.5.4 a molecular sieve dosing quantity is 200g.COD removal efficiency maximum 90.28%.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the purification of phenol wastewater.
