The Sensitivity Analysis Of The Performance Of Cooperative Eco Construction Based On BP Network Model

Excessive development has always been our country agriculture resources,environmental protection is not enough,rural ecological industry overall development is relatively slow,improve rural ecological construction,and is related to the broad masses of farmers to live and work in peace and contentment,but also to the rural harmonious stability,and construction and a well-off society in an all-round way,the key and in the countryside,therefore must strive to manage rural ecological environment,safeguard farmers' rights and interests of the ecological environment.And grow up with ecological construction and cooperative,it can promote the development of the rural ecological industry,these cooperatives in rural economic activity has the characteristics of various significantly,in the government,under the impetus of the ecological industry support policy can promote the development of the rural ecological industry.When on a path to ecological business cooperative,through government planning and policy guidance,can build dominated by local cooperative rural industrial symbiosis network,to form the coordination effect of rural ecological industry.At the same time,through the communications development of the rural ecological industry,to promote greater development of regional rural ecological industry.However,the current academia is less,therefore,using the BP network model to simulate the cooperative simulation analysis,performance evaluation on the ecological construction of rural cooperative,and USES sensitivity analysis to analyze cooperative ecological construction index,the ecological development of cooperatives has important theoretical value and practical significance.First,this paper analyzes cooperatives and the present situation of ecological construction at home and abroad,and combining the cooperatives some problems faced by the ecological construction,analysis the main aspects influencing cooperative ecological construction in is that the government policy support,the cooperative management,cooperative in these three aspects.Then,this article refer to the expert opinion,And combining the current situation of cooperatives in China.Set up a cooperative performance evaluation index system of ecological construction,the index system of government support,index system of evaluation index system of cooperative organization,cooperative investment results,performance evaluation index system.Each of these indicators include four secondary indexes,a total of 16 secondary indicators.In secondary index of the screening process,through the collection of predecessors' research results,a questionnaire pilot test on index to select and modify,get the final target.Establish the index system is suitable for the production cooperatives,cooperatives ecological construction to provide certain reference.In order to better evaluate the cooperatives ecological construction performance,this article selects the BP network model.and the topology of the model adopted the 16-8-4.In the case of 50 cooperative sample data,40 cooperative samples for training the BP network model,10 sets of data used to test network.Simulation results highly consistent with the actual data,the error is small,in the range of acceptable,the existence of error associated with the model of index design,but according to the evaluation result influences the performance of ecological construction in the process of basic factors are considering range.According to the empirical analysis,the conclusion there are:(l)The cooperative performance evaluation model of ecological construction simulation results show that,this article studies the cooperative performance of the construction of the ecological factors of evaluation index and cooperation are largely related to performance evaluation indicators,the indicators can well evaluate the cooperative performance of ecological construction;(2)The three evaluation index system is not a very clear boundaries,and the three system influence each other.So if put them to each other,can make cooperatives is more beneficial to the development of ecological construction;(3)In this paper,evaluation index and performance indexes are reasonable.Sensitivity analysis proves that the government did not play in the cooperatives ecological construction to the full role,cooperative also need to strengthen the organization and management,and also should strengthen the ecological construction.
