In recent years,the problems of the city's ecological environment and the sustainable use of urban land resources become more serious because of the steady and rapid development of China's economy,the accelerating process of urbanization,and the ever-increasing contradiction between high-speed urban expansion and limited urban land resources.How to rationally plan urban land resources is the most important task for decision makers.The analysis of the ecological suitability of urban construction land is based on the collection of natural,social,and economic data to quantitatively evaluate the appropriate degree of urban construction land selection.The basis for the decision makers is to relieve the contradiction between urbanization process and limited land resources.In essence,based on comprehensive consideration of the natural,social and economic factors of the land,the degree of suitability of urban land sites is quantitatively analyzed on the premise of ecological priority.Based on a comprehensive analysis of predecessors'research on land ecological suitability,we proposed and established a coupled evaluation model of ecological suitability of urban construction land based on Analytic Network Process(ANP)and GIS.The model mainly solved the problem that the traditional weight calculation method does not circumvent complex network relationships,and it also simplified the huge workload of traditional stack maps through GIS;And according to the Changchun City's natural environment and social and economic conditions,we constructed an evaluation index system for ecological suitability of construction land in Changchun,combining the influencing factors and ecological suitability of land development.Taking the ecological suitability evaluation of urban construction land in Changchun City as a case study,we finally obtained a visualized spatial distribution map(five suitability degrees)of ecological suitability of urban construction land in Changchun City.From the ecological suitability map,it can be seen that the most suitable land area for the construction land selection in Changchun is approximately1,289.3 km~2,the suitable area is 6,662.7 km~2,the more suitable area is 9,461.4 km~2,and the general suitable area is 2,848.2 km~2,an unsuitable area303.4 km~2.The areas with high ecological suitability(the most suitable area and suitable area)for construction land in Changchun City are located in the hinterland of the Changchun region,where the degree of ecological suitability of natural,social,and economic indicators is relatively high.It indicates that the city's future urban development and urban construction priorities can shift to the central region where ecological fitness is relatively high.The evaluation results of the suitability of the construction land in Changchun show that compared with the areas with high ecological suitability of construction land in Changchun,the present situation of land use in Changchun and the relevant urban development plans are relatively consistent in spatial distribution.This result indicates that the evaluation has a certain reliability and accuracy.And sensitivity analysis of the model proves the accuracy of the model.The results proved the accuracy of the model.The practice results illustrate the reliability of the ANP-GIS coupling model,and provide a basis for the selection of the construction land in Changchun and the urban planning of Changchun.In the end,some deficiencies and defects in the analysis of ecological suitability of construction land in Changchun are summarized,so as to provide some suggestions for future research.
