Study On Coordination Development Comprehensive Measure Of Regional Tourism,Economy And Ecological Environment

With the increasing contribution rate of tourism on the regional economy development, tourism has become the largest and fastest growing emerging industry and the new growth point to stimulate regional economic and social development. While the tourism industry promoting the development of regional economy, inevitably produce certain effect on the regional ecological environment, and the ecological environment can also react on regional tourism and economy development. Regional tourism, economy and ecological environment can influence each other in development, the evolution of their relationships are correctly identified, and the time-space evolution of their coordinate development are revealed, will contribute to the smooth implementation of the regional sustainable development strategy.This paper selected Gansu province and its fourteen cities or states as the research object, constructed respectively coordination development evaluation index system of tourism, economy and ecological environment. Using the combination of the subjective analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and objective entropy method to determine each index weight, and combining order parameter analysis, fuzzy membership degree, regression analysis and grey correlation degree to construct the coordination development degree calculation model, it calculated quantitatively tourism, economy and ecological environment internal coordination degree, coordination degree between subsystems, complex system coordination degree, coordination development degree to analysis the time evolution of Gansu province from 2000 to 2013, and selected the panel data of 2001, 2004, 2007, 2010,2013 to reveal the spatial evolution. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) Internal coordination degree. Regional tourism, economy and ecological environment of Gansu province and its fourteen cities or states can influence each other in development. From 2000 to 2013, each subsystem internal coordination degree of Gansu province are on the rise, but the ecological environment internal coordination degree is lower than the other two subsystems after 2010. The internal coordination degree of each city or state as a whole develops well, showing a rising trend, but the tourism internal coordination degree spatial distribution is unbalanced, while economy and ecological environment is relatively small.(2) Coordination degree between each subsystem. Coordination degree between tourism, economy and ecological environment subsystems of Gansu changes irregularly, but in recent years increases gradually. The spatial distribution of coordination degree between each subsystem of each city or state are quite different, which can be divided into the relatively stable growth, relatively large fluctuations and a downward trend, and a majority of cities or states have large fluctuations, others show stable growth or downward trend.(3) Composite system coordination degree. From 2000 to 2013, composite system coordination degree of Gansu increases steadily. Composite system coordination degree of fourteen cities and states as a whole also show a good development trend, the west and central parts of Gansu is higher than eastern part still in the uncoordination level, composite system coordination degree is consistent with the coordination degree between each subsystem and to a certain extent reflects the coordination development evolution, but fails to reflect internal coordination degree variation, some distortions are present.(4) Coordination development degree. From 2000 to 2013, coordination development degree of Gansu as a whole increases steadily, the coordination development level gradually increases, and coordination development degree can relatively objectively and comprehensively reflect the level of regional coordination development. The spatial distribution difference of each city or state is small, indicating that the development among regions are relatively balanced.(5)Countermeasures and suggestions. For the problems of Gansu province and its cities or states tourism, economy and ecological environment in development, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
