The background of this study is that tungsten resources become fine,miscellaneous and poor.The purpose of study is realizing the comprehensive utilization of tungsten resources,reducing the production of fine tungsten mud.This article deeply analyzed the process of tungsten mud and crushing mechanism from the perspective of selective grinding.Study tungsten ore grinding through the different ways of contact(point,line,face)grinding media,analysis the effects of different grinding medium on the mixed tungsten ore grinding,characteristics of particle sizes and parameters,qualified grade(-0.1 mm + 0.019 mm)content,the degree of clay(-0.019 mm),crushing degree,P80 indicators.According to the principle of grinding dynamics and grinding popular balance model,analyzing of grinding action of three kinds of grinding medium with steel ball,steel forging,six prism grinding.Analyzing different shaped grinding medium grinding dynamics and its parameters,the specific rate of breakage two kinds of grinding media with steel ball and six prism,and the influence of different shape of grinding media on tungsten selective grinding,in order to obtain high quality level of narrow fine grade tungsten products,and reduce crushing degree of tungsten grinding,reduce the degree of clay of tungsten and tungsten mud.This topic main research direction includes:(1)effect of the different shape of grinding media(steel ball,steel forging,six prism)of tungsten minerals grinding particle size characteristic and the milling uniformity;(2)research of different shape grinding dynamics and grinding speed of grinding medium;(3)analysis of medium of specific rate of breakage in different shapes.Main research content is: crushing degree of grinding,qualified grade size,contents of tungsten mud,P80 size,Rosin – Rammler characteristic curve and its parameters,grinding dynamics of three kinds of grinding medium(steel ball,steel forging,six prism)and specific rate of breakage.Finally we concluded: the abnormity grinding medium of six prism are more selective than steel ball to tungsten grinding,its products are uniformity,contents of qualified size are the best,crushing degree is small,P80 sizes are modest,grinding kinetic parameters are better,and the specific rate of breakage is large to the fine grained levels,eventually selective grinding is best,the products are more selected than other grinding media.This grindingmedia can increase the utilization of tungsten resources,can effectively save resources.
