With the development of social economy and the expanding scale of human production,a large number of waste water on industry,agriculture or life is discharged into the city river.On the one hand,the urban river is seriously polluted and affect the human being living environment.Now,the water environment problem is increasingly serious.On the other hand,the river regulation work also will be lagging behind.Generally,the water quality is getting worse.In order to solve the problem of water environment,we need to grasp the real-time dynamic water accurately,then evaluate the water quality and regulate river.It is provide the basis for controlling the water pollution effectively and achieving water environment sustainable development.Take Hangzhou river as an example,this paper analyze water quality data based on the evaluation criteria and methods.Then establish water quality evaluation model with GIS to study the water quality and visualize the results that can be directly and clearly demonstrated.Depending on the water quality assessment results,build the water interpolation and simulate water quality process to analyze thespatio-temporal variation rules of water quality.In order to choose which river is the first to punish in case of the same level of water quality,create priority evaluation system to analyze the river regulation level and to visualize the results Integrated with GIS.On this basis,design a system of water quality analysis and remediation priority evaluation based on GIS(RAPGIS)for professionals and the general public to realize the function of water quality evaluation,water simulation,water analysis and remediation priority evaluation.It is provide the basis technical support for river regulation.Firstly,the article analyzes the research of water quality evaluation and the river regulation at home and abroad,then discuss the contents and technology road map,analyze the situation of regional environment,water quality environment and river regulation management in the study area.It also introduces the prototype system-RAPGIS.Secondly,select monitoring points and monitoring indicators and compare the different water quality evaluation method.Then this paper use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate water quality.Apply RAPGIS to evaluate the water quality and to render the different water quality levels so that achieve water quality model in integration with GIS.Thirdly,this paper use GlS interpolation to simulate water quality.Apply RAPGIS to simulate the distribution of water pollution for each river.Then analyze the inter-annual variability and trends for water quality in the various river.Explore temporal variation of water quality and provide a basis for judging the priority river regulation work.Finally,analyze the other factors for river regulation,such as landscape,navigable levels,etc..Establish a priority evaluation system for river regulation,Apply RAPGIS to judge river regulation level so that achieve the integration of GIS and river regulation and provide targeted remediation expert advice to the leadership.
