Tea shaping machine is a crucial equipment in the tea processing.When the machine is working,tea leaves move with the slot-pan rubbing,hitting and losing water,and finally make the strip to be thin,tight and straight.Over the years,our country mechanical designers have managed to develop and improve tea shaping machine,also realized some advanced mechanical structure design.However,the tea farmers and tea processing factories' requirements of the machine is not only confined to its function,operation comfort also becomes an important factor when tea farmers and tea processing factories considering tea shaping machine's comprehensive performance gradually.Compared to aerospace,military and car manufacturing,ergonomics Is seldom applied in the field of agricultural machinery in the domestic,and the application of ergonomics in the agriculture field will become the inevitable trend.In order to achieve the goal of effective design products,computer aided the man-machine engineering design were introduced,It can make the product and ergonomics designed simultaneously by virtual technology.This technology can let designers to inspect product usage when complete design.Compared with the traditional design,It can not only greatly shorten the design cycle,but also save the cost.So this design method is worthy of popularizing.In order to enhance the user operating comfort,this article from the view of improved design of 6CL-60-16 tea shaping machine,based on the theory of ergonomic,to study current widely used tea machine in the domestic,point out the existing problems,and apply ergonomics knowledge,combine with the mature design concept on other industrial products to the improved design.This thesis mainly do the following works:Firstly,summarized and sorted the status and using problems through investigation.Lay the foundation for a clear thesis research goals.Secondly,introduced the research content of ergonomics,Using mechanical design module to model the tea chocking machine,established parameter model which conforms to China's current human body size in the man-machine engineering design and analysis module,simulated the controlpanel operation posture and evaluated the position.The results show that the comfort of the commonly used control panel posture was low.Optimizing design scheme has been proposed to the control panel,coupled with anthropometry,biomechanical theoretical knowledge.Thirdly,using the HAA module to simulated the pouring tea movement,and conducted the RULA evaluation on the condition of human bodies carry load-bearing.Evaluation results show that the operation of the pouring posture needs further research.Combined with the structure characteristics of the shaping machine,the following optimization schemes are put forward:(1)Shape: Diameter increased from 35 cm to 45 cm escaping to palm direction,length is 120 mm cylinder;(2)Height: 800 mm;(3)Horizontal distance: 500 ~550 mm;(4)Connection mode: Colliding ball instead,replace the smaller gas spring,etc.Finally,analyzed the machine's using environment,Including the thermal environment(temperature,humidity),noise,vibration and tea dust five factors are discussed.And for each of the above environmental factors,following reasonable improvement measures are put forward:(1)Above the mechanical installs a hot air absorption device;(2)In the vent sets dehumidifier;(3)In the workshop sets up a enhance air device;(4)Above the pan sets a moisture mask;(5)Crank rocker mechanism replaces Slider-crank mechanism;(6)To stamp or seal,etc.To overcome the no pleasure working environment of tea workers and reduce health damage to operators of working environment.Thesis research results provide the basis for the further optimization of the machine and tea mechanization series design.The results show that this topic of the man-machine engineering design for the machine can effectively solve the operator not humanized design in using procession and increase the comfort and safety of operation.
