Research On Urban Domestic Waste Disposal Based On The Theory Of Circular Economy

With the constant expansion of the city, the increasing population, garbage disposal has become a major problem in the development of the city, most of the city is suffering from "junk Fortress Besieged" pain. All over the country to crack the garbage disposal problems, and actively explore garbage disposal way, also in recent years vigorously the implementation of garbage incineration power plant construction,but by "NIMBY" effect, waste incineration plant project construction difficulty very big. Urban development brought about by the continuous growth of municipal solid waste, urban waste disposal of all kinds of difficulties, the study of urban life garbage disposal of recycling economy, solve the problem of waste disposal, has a very significant practical significance. Garbage disposal has become an important research topic of urban development.In this paper, the research object of urban domestic waste disposal in our country,based on the theoretical basis of circular economy, from the point of view of reduction,resources, harmless "three" to study the way to deal with municipal solid waste. The current situation and problems of municipal solid waste are analyzed and studied by the methods of theoretical research and empirical research. The theory includes the circular economy theory, the ecological economy theory, the modern economics, the principle of reduction, reuse and recycling. The contents of the study include: some relevant research theories of domestic and foreign research present situation and this article; and the existing problems of China's urban living garbage disposal status analysis, and also to the domestic and foreign garbage disposal methods of comparative analysis, based on the theory of circular economy of urban living garbage disposal method and application of circular economy reduce?reuse?recycle in the garbage disposal, put forward solutions and the need to face the problems analysis;analysis of urban living garbage disposal problems, from the government level and the enterprise level, the public level presents the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research and analysis of municipal solid waste, put forward effective methods and ways to dispose of garbage, establish recycling economy,promote the development of garbage disposal industry, and form a virtuous circle mechanism. Overall, the urban living garbage disposal must take the recycling economy mode, to the garbage disposal harmless, reduction, resource for its main goal,the implementation of the sustainable development of waste disposal industry.
