Water reuse is one of the most important way to solve the shortage of freshwater resources in China, mainly used in industrial circulating cooling water systems and oilfield water injection systems. Because of the complexity quality, using reclaimed water would cause surface scaling, corrosion and microbiological growth issues at piping and heat conversion easily, so adding water treatment agent is an important means to ensure the safe operation of the system. This paper studies the organic phosphine inhibitor?ATMP? migrated and transformed in the circulating cooling water system with reclaimed water as feed water and the influence of foulingThis study is divided into two parts:The first part is to combine with the existing river and particulate organic phosphine in lake sediment extraction method and design for sequential extraction experiments to determine the form and content of phosphine in circulating cooling water system, control conditions like the types and concentrations of extraction agent and shaking times and so on, determine the optimal program. References from lake sediment classification method to sequential extract particulate organic phosphorus, make a choice at all levels of optimization from the extracts, concentrations and shaking times, 0.5M NaHCO3?1M HCl and 0.5M Na OH were finally selected as the extraction of active organic phosphine, moderate activity organic phosphine?acid? and medium-active organic phosphine?base? of the extract, shaking time was 8H, 3H and 15 H. The recoveries of about 90%, have good precision and accuracy. Suitable for the detection of organic phosphorus sequential extraction scheme in circulating cooling system. The second part is to set up a circulating cooling system that simulate the reclaimed water as circulating cooling water, online monitoring system p H, alkalinity, calcium and magnesium hardness, organic phosphine, inorganic phosphorus and total phosphorus and other indicators, changing operating conditions?temperatures, flow rates and concentration ratios?and water quality conditions to study the transformation and migration pathways of organic phosphorus in different conditions. The experiment results show that the sort circulating water content of the organic phosphine: active organic phosphine> moderate active organic phosphine?acid?> moderate active organic phosphine?base?, when the temperature changes, content and composition of organic phosphine in the scale are constantly changing, most active organic phosphine content, when the temperature is 60 ?, most active organic phosphine content was 1.38 mg / g, accounting for 67% of total organic phosphine. The experiment results show that water temperature and flow rate of fouling obvious. When the temperature rises, accelerate the decomposition rate of organic phosphine, increase the proportion of active organic phosphine in circulating water and reduce the amount of fouling the inner wall of brass gradually. Description of organic phosphorus on a certain scale inhibition.
