Daqing refining and chemical company in the field of environmental protection has made positive progress,but the environmental situation is still grim,with the increase of crude oil processing capacity,it results in a large number of emissions. At present, the company totally has two sets of ARGG unit, the actual processing capacity of the company is 1.1 million tons/year and 2.4 million tons/year respectively. In accordance with the requirements of "integrated emission standard of air pollutants"(GB,16297-1996),the current ARGG device's regeneration flue gas sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides content that exceed the standard phenomenon does not exist,but with the revised "integrated emission standard of air pollutants",in the face of flue gas emission concentration and total amount of increasingly stringent requirements,the company's current catalytic flue gas emissions has been unable to meet the current needs of environmental protection and development of flue gas desulfurization,so how to eliminate flue gas is imminent.The 1.8 million tons/year ARGG unit in Daqing Refining & Chemical Company is chosen as the research object,the device uses MIP-CGP technology,combined with a large amount of gas,and the transformation of the area is small,the device characteristics run continuously for a long time,the new technology of flue gas desulfurization device scheme than the election,so as to consider the technology's maturity,reliable operation and a large of other industrial performances. Factors of flue gas desulphurization technology,using EDV of Belco company,using sodium hydroxide as desulfurization agent,SO2 removal from flue gas and dust particles.In the process of application,through the use of Boiler Wastewater instead of fresh water,fresh water consumption reduced by 30% for flue gas desulfurization of flue gas desulfurization; through salt wastewater treatment system(PTU) to optimize the operation,effluent COD content reduces from 95 mg/L to 40 mg/L; through the transformation of the PTU filter box,it solves the problem of PTU filtering box dust and water separation,filtration box no longer uses cloth,which not only saves money but also reduces the labor intensity of the operator,so as to ensure the normal running of PTU system; by adding the slope settlement system,to solve the efflux of wastewater containing suspended matter problem of high salt.
